We grow 2 similar green mustard varieties (Green Wave and Mizuna), both are pictured above.  The main differences is the shape of their first true leaf, but their flavor is very similar.  Both offer a light bite, not overly strong like radish.  They are loaded with calcium, folate, and iron.
